Following the walking tour, lunch is served at Měšťanská Beseda (or similar), one of Plzeň’s most elegant historic restaurants. The meal includes a relaxed two-course menu with two beverages per person, offering time to unwind and enjoy regional Czech flavors.
After lunch, continue by coach to Prague (approximately two hours). Arrival is expected in the late afternoon, with check-in at the Marriott Prague Hotel (or similar). The evening is at leisure, allowing guests to relax after a full travel day, explore the surrounding neighborhood independently, or enjoy dinner on their own.
After breakfast, depart by coach for a guided visit to Prague Castle, one of the largest and most storied castle complexes in the world. A short drive brings guests to the castle area, where a guided walking tour explores its historic courtyards and iconic landmarks, including St. Vitus Cathedral, the Old Royal Palace, and other architectural highlights. From the castle grounds, enjoy sweeping panoramic views over Prague’s red-roofed skyline and the Vltava River.
Following the castle visit, continue on foot through parts of the historic city center, discovering charming streets and hidden corners as your guide shares stories of Prague’s history and culture. The walking portion of the tour concludes near the hotel, allowing for free time and lunch at leisure.
In the late afternoon and evening, enjoy a curated Czech Beer Experience Tour with dinner, offering an authentic introduction to the country’s legendary brewing traditions. Accompanied by an English-speaking guide, guests visit a selection of traditional Prague pubs for guided tastings of classic Czech beers before concluding at a historic brewery restaurant such as U Fleků (or similar).
The experience includes visits to multiple beer venues, tastings along the way, and a three-course dinner served in a traditional brewery setting, with two beverages per person included. Guests who prefer to join for dinner only may walk independently to the restaurant, located approximately 20 minutes from the hotel.
This immersive evening blends local flavors, history, and atmosphere, showcasing the social and cultural importance of beer in Czech life.
This morning, enjoy a guided visit to the Prague State Opera, one of Europe’s most distinguished performance venues and a celebrated Neo-Renaissance masterpiece. Accompanied by an English-speaking guide, explore the opera house’s elegant foyers, richly decorated auditorium, and select behind-the-scenes areas, while learning about its architectural heritage, legendary performances, and role in Czech cultural life.
The State Opera is located approximately 20 minutes on foot from the hotel. Tours are conducted in groups of up to 30 guests at a time and are subject to availability. Final tour scheduling will be confirmed closer to departure, with official schedules published in May 2026.
